As a Solver for Tech Support, you will be part of a virtual crowd-sourced group of experts that provides technical support to some of the market’s most exciting digital and tech brands that you probably use and love everyday.
You can solve in your spare time, in addition to the day job, or make this your only job. It's up to you and how much you wish to earn.
The first brands that will join Solv™ this summer require technical support for their customers, and they span both in-app technical support and TV set-top box support (this may include connectivity related questions, tuning and remote control queries)
Your experience and technical know-how might have developed from prior or existing technical customer support, a technical helpdesk, or you may be a technical guru from a personal interest that actively contributes in technical forums and communities. Work Remotely, at your convenience
How does it work?
You will access the online platform from your personal account where you will see the clients you have selected to support. You will require a computer, laptop or smart phone and access to the internet to complete the role.
You can be flexible on location for this role - home, the library, a coffee shop, or on the go - the role is remote and flexible and can be completed at your convenience of time.
As well as your existing expertise, you will research online URLs and resources and to assist you with customer solutions.
Every customer ticket will have a monetary value, depending on how complex or long it should take to solve. You That's the value you earn, once the customer issue has been solved. Quick-fix issues that take less than a minute will have a lower value that long issues that might take you 30 minutes, or more. You can choose, depending on the time you have, to whizz through lots of fast tickets or do a mix!
Each week, you will receive a statement from each of the brands you support, followed by payment into your personal payment account.
