Privacy note

Job alert signups are open. Alerts have not launched; no emails are sent yet by this app.

What we store and why

With your consent we store your normalized email address, signup time, signup page, consent time, subscription status and a random unsubscribe token. We will use your email to send job alerts once they launch. IP addresses are used briefly in memory for abuse prevention, not stored with your subscription.

Retention and access

We keep your signup while you are subscribed. After unsubscribe, we retain your inactive record and unsubscribe date to respect that choice until you request deletion. Only authorized administrators can access or export the list. We do not sell this information or share it with an email provider; no third-party email service is connected.

Unsubscribe and your rights

You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by contacting us below. Existing personal unsubscribe links remain valid. Signing up again records fresh consent. You may request access, correction or permanent deletion from the site owner. For privacy questions and deletion or unsubscribe requests, contact hello@ultrabytesystems.com.
