About the role:

We're looking for experienced Sales & Marketing recruiter to join our international team and help us to build and scale Andela.


You will be tasked with building strong teams across key business functions across the globe (we hire globally & work remotely!). Recruiter will own the end to end recruiting process (including building hiring strategy) for your roles.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and deliver hiring strategies - promote role, source prospects, coordinate candidate pipeline, evaluate skills, plan & implement interview plans, deliver offers
  • Bring role & market data and translate them into practical insights
  • Act as a talent advisor to hiring team and handle hiring manager expectations
  • Deliver outstanding candidate and overall hiring experience
  • Be knowledgeable about our business and why people should work here


Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience (ideally in sales recruitment)
  • Experience actively sourcing and attracting talent across various platforms (such as LinkedIn, Fetcher, social media, and others)
  • Outstanding communication & customer management skills,
  • Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel in a complex and developing organization
  • You champion diversity, inclusion and belonging
