You’ll own and influence every customer interaction whilst working on behalf of our client EE. Your role will involve inbound calls, from a diverse customer base. Not every call will be easy, but you always stay motivated, and solution focused to support customer requests, first time round.

· Owning and influencing customer queries

· Inbound calls

· Card payments

· Technical issues


Your skills to success

· 6 months previous customer service experience

· A technical mindset

· A quiet place to work at home

· Good broadband connection

  • Living in the Republic of Ireland
