What we need


As a Customer Success Specialist, you will provide a helping hand to our Customers who are growing their business with Frankli. Our Support team quickly adapts to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem-solving and a thorough knowledge of how Frankli works.


What you will do


  • Develop deep knowledge of the Frankli software
  • Providing a great onboarding experience for our Customers.
  • Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate a variety of tools within Frankli
  • Diagnose issues and engage with our engineering teams using established processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing & Growth teams, and identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of our platform or services
  • Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as customer needs evolve and grow.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business


Requirements
