What you will do:

Take your passion and experience for great design, flow and usability to the next level as a part of our Product Design Team. Be a key part of transforming our product to into the most advanced, usable and satisfying experience for clients and their global workforce. Globalization Partners is looking for an Associate UX Designer to help shape our next generation user experience and product interface.

• You’ll create important user flows and interfaces for a profitable large-scale SaaS product that matters. You’ll be challenged to do your best work in an environment that supports creativity.
• You’ll dive deep to map out workflows, pain points, and personas to find the best ways to optimize tasks, user journeys, and UI screens.
• As part of our Design Team, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Subject Experts, and Developers to translate user needs into actionable and inspiring flows and interfaces.
• You’ll design optimized interfaces and flows and then test to improve efficiency and satisfaction for targeted personas.
• You will design, wireframe, and prototype interfaces based on quantitative and qualitative tests in iterative design cycles.
• You will be the voice-of-the-customer in design and product meetings. You will be able to speak on behalf of the user and ensure we are creating an experience that truly considers their needs

What we are looking for:

• Completed a course in User Experience Design, which included an internship or some work experience
• You have an eye for design and are passionate about UX
• You’re an agile and adept learner who enjoys the challenge of simplifying complexity and continually improving your skills
• You have a growth mindset and are open to improving your design process and methods
• Good verbal and written communication
• Ability to communicate research insights to different stakeholders concisely and persuasively
• You are naturally curious and enjoy tackling complex problems
• Familiar with design tools such as Adobe XD, Axure, Figma or Sketch
• Experience working in an Agile environment an advantage
