About the position:
As the Sr. Manager of People Operations, you will have the opportunity to shape our people-related processes and take them to the next level. This is an opportunity to build the operational foundation of a high-growth team. This is a critical role for the People Team and the right candidate will bring an eye for designing streamlined processes and a passion for elevating operational capabilities.
What you’ll do:
- Drive efficient People Team operations and connectivity by providing holistic oversight and guidance on People Team operations’ programming and project management across all Centers of Expertise (COEs).
- Responsible for the People team roadmap, project management, communication and change management to all stakeholders across the People Team and other organizations.
- Coordinating and supporting team meetings, minutes, and knowledge share; People Team budget oversight and management; planning and executing operational activities as needed for the Chief People Officer.
- Build, manage, and continuously improve People Team workflows that support the team and the broader organization; Help with People related Policy development across the entire Employee life cycle.
- Design, implement, and maintain self-service framework that provides managers and employees access to information at their fingertips through the use of knowledgebase SharePoint pages, Workday Help module, and other scalable processes.
- Manage and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees, building efficient and streamlined workflows that support the People Team and managers in delivering a seamless and positive onboarding and offboarding experience globally.
- Partner across all COEs to develop and document internal team knowledgebase and standard operating procedures.
- Partner with the Business Intelligence team to maintain workforce dashboards, responsible for data analytics and insights to enable decisions in all People COEs and ; Ensuring high quality HR transactional data management; Develop and sustain appropriate controls for information, files, data, etc.; Oversee employee data and accuracy.
- Stay aligned with the broader PMO organization on top People initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with People Team COEs and the broader organization.
What we’re looking for:
- BS/BA Degree or higher
- 7+ years of prior experience in a multi-faceted, high growth global environment
- Professional project management certification (PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
- Experience with Workday
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; position continually requires demonstration of poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, both as a leader of teams and as a leader of projects
- Superb verbal and written communication skills - succinct and vivid for topics that can be complex
- Adaptability to adjust as the business grows and evolves
- Self-starter who is highly organized and solution-oriented
- Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail yet also sees *the big picture*
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
